Lilly : Lilly is the loud, energetic friend of Miley. She enjoys all of the fun that being a pop star's friend brings. Though she still needs to adapt to being backstage, Hannah is there to keep her in line. Lilly is Miley's friend.
Jackson : He may be the craziest one. Asking dad for money, impressing girls, (or at least trying) and doing everything the hard way is what he is all about. He is Miley's brother.
Robbie : Miley's dad has to be the dad and the mom of the family which includes cleaning and discipline. But along with that, Robbie also tries to spend some time with the kids and be the cool parent. Robbie is also Hannah's manager.
The series concludes with Miley choosing between going to college with Lilly or accepting a lucrative role in a movie.
